Understand the device.

StimON delivers electrical signals through electrode pads on the skin surface to stimulate the underlying nerves.
Indications: relief and management of persistent, difficult-to-treat pain, or use alongside other care to help manage pain following surgery or injury.

02 / HOW TO USE
Four steps to get started.
This is a brief operating overview. Before first use, read the supplied manufacturer’s instructions to confirm suitability and electrode placement.

Prepare
Charge the device. Clean the intended application area and allow the skin to dry completely.

Connect & apply
Connect the device to its dedicated electrode pad and remove the protective film. Apply as directed in the instructions or by a healthcare professional.

Press to start
Switch on only after the pad is securely attached. Each session runs for 15 minutes; keep the application area stable during use.

Remove & store
After the session ends, remove the device and pad. Replace the protective film on the underside of the pad and return it to the storage case.
Use only the dedicated electrode pads. Do not use the device while charging. Stop use and consult a doctor if pain worsens, or if you experience skin irritation or discomfort.

Before you begin.
Know the precautions.
StimON is not suitable for everyone. Establish the cause of your pain first, and read all contraindications, warnings and precautions in the instructions for use.
Do not use in these circumstances
- If you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or another metal or electronic implant listed in the instructions.
- If you have epilepsy or are pregnant.
- On broken skin, or if you have an infectious or other serious skin condition at the application site.
- If you are allergic to the electrode-pad hydrogel or cannot understand the operating instructions.
For adults aged 22 or over. Do not apply to the head, neck, chest, wounds, or any other location prohibited in the instructions. This device does not replace pain medication or other pain-management treatment.

Check the battery and charge the device. If it still does not switch on after charging, contact product support.
The device and pad may not be connected correctly, or the pad may not be making secure skin contact. Stop use and follow the instructions to check the connection, placement and pad condition.
A steady orange light indicates charging. A flashing orange light during use may indicate a low battery. Stop use and charge the device. Never use it while charging.
Follow the supplied instructions and packaging. Replace the dedicated pad if it has expired, is damaged, or no longer adheres securely. Pads are for personal use only; do not share them.
Establish the cause of pain and ask a doctor or healthcare professional to assess suitability. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for placement. Do not apply to the head, neck, chest, wounds, or other prohibited areas.
